My mother often said if you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything at all and it seems the games industry could well do with a stern talking to from my mother. We’re well accustomed to the verbal fight clubs held by PR folk and today it was Sony’s turn to enter the metaphorical ring in an attempt to make Microsoft cry one giant dollar coloured tear.
Sony America’s Rob Dyer had this to say:
“They have very few first-party studios at Microsoft. Bungie’s next Halo is the last one, Rare rarely puts out anything, you’ve got Peter Molyneux with his Fable stuff… but they don’t have first-party development studios inside at Redmond or anywhere for that matter.” More>
